November – Sunlight on Silver Maple Branches

Caught this glimpse of sunlight on the dangling branches of our silver maple this morning. Can’t decide which of these photos I like the most, so I’m just posting all three for now 🙂  Which should I go with permanently?

    Wow…a hard question. First one is nice an beautiful fall, shall we say, early winter picture. Second one focuses on the last leaves of fall, hanging on, much as we hang on the last warm moment of fall (or of middle age – I’m not old yet!!). And the last one is a real Freddy the Leaf picture. The one little leaf has escape the winds of autumn and will still be there when the snow flies. Leave them and and label each with a feeling. Just my take on it.

    I think I like the first one. I think the darker contrast sets off the branches better. But they all tell their own story!! 🙂
