Geode cake tutorial

Okay, I’ll probably never make this, but I love rocks, took a year of geology in college, and think this geode cake looks like a lot of fun. How inventive!

    I would never attempt such a creation, but if someone else did, and offered me a piece, I would gladly indulge, with a cup of really good coffee, of course. My wife’s comment: “Do you realize how much sugar is in that?”
