Fiserv Forum Skywalk
Taken with my iPhone while sitting on Juneau, facing west, at the 6th Street stoplight. I really enjoy seeing this building from different perspectives, at different times of day, and in different seasons. Always something new.

Fiserv Forum roofline, south side, late afternoon
So many photos of this building are just waiting to be taken. There’s one image I’d like to capture along the north side looking west, but I don’t think my equipment is good enough to get it 😦

Last night after work I met my friend, Karen, for dinner on the East Side (which is how we Milwaukeeans refer to the area bounded by the lake on the east, the river on the west, Capitol Drive on the … Continue reading

Do you recognize this font?
Driving home from work yesterday, I got stopped at the traffic light at Sixth and Juneau. Looked to my left and immediately started puzzling over the font above the Johnson Controls Entrance. Anyone know what it is?

CypherCon 4.0, the Milwaukee River dyed green, and three homes of the Milwaukee Bucks
Taught my morning class today and then walked over to the convention center (maybe 20 minutes away) to attend CypherCon, billed as “Wisconsin’s Hacker Conference” mostly centered on network security but also containing bigger-picture sessions on societal implications of data … Continue reading
